Alternatively, you can always use the “Log In” link in the Wonder Math website menu. From there, just enter your Wonder Math ID or email address and password and you’re all set.
What can I do from the Student Dashboard?
Just as if you were visiting someplace new for the first time, we recommend both parents and kids alike explore the Student Dashboard. This is where you will find your student’s upcoming sessions, have the ability to view our full schedule, check the status of your student’s points and gems—and more!
Tech Support
How do I download the Zoom app?
You can download the Zoom app in the Apple App Store, Android Apps on Google Play, or on your desktop here. When the application is finished downloading you’re done—you do not need to set up an account.
How do I use the Zoom app for my student’s class?
Imagine the Zoom app as an invisible giant. It will launch and run your student’s sessions without you noticing or needing to take action through the Zoom app. Before the start time of your student’s class, log in to your Student Dashboard and click the join button next to the class. That will wake up the invisible giant (Zoom), and the class will begin within the Zoom app!
Why won’t my student’s class launch?
Oh no! Make sure you’re attempting to join the session using Google Chrome, Safari, Internet Explorer, or Mozilla FireFox. We don’t currently support online sessions via Chromebook Operating System.
How do I fix my student’s glitchy session?
If your internet connection is unstable or slow, a glitchy session is possible. Be sure to check your connection prior to the start of a class if this is an area of concern. We suggest closing open apps and pausing downloads during class sessions if you have been experiencing slower connections recently. Keep in mind that student’s on wireless internet connections will see this happen more often than students on a computer with a wired Ethernet connection. Another possible culprit is the browser. If you are experiencing difficulty in one, try closing the browser and launching the session in a different browser.
Why can’t my student hear or see anything during the sessions?
After you join a session your webcam should automatically activate. If that’s not the case, check your audio and video settings by clicking on the Audio or Video icons in the bottom left corner of the window. If you’re on a computer, check to make sure the default audio is connected to the correct speaker with the volume on.
Why can't my student annotate during class?
While compatible, Google Chromebooks do not offer the ability to annotate. If you are not using a Google Chromebook, we recommend reinstalling the Zoom app or restarting your device.

What results can I expect?
The success of our students is important to us, so we customize class schedules based on a variety of learning styles to achieve optimal results. While each child is unique, all students will develop a firm grasp of the fundamentals of math and become more engaged and self-confident in school.
What if my child misses a class?
We encourage students to attend all classes for their benefit as well as their squad mates, however, we understand life happens. If your child can’t attend a class, please reach out to your instructor to discuss any material they may have missed.
Where are classes hosted online?
We utilize the Zoom platform; the interactive, face-to-face platform allows us to include a shared whiteboard, educational tools, and a customized curriculum. It’s completely secure and only accessible through your account information. Your child will have the opportunity to learn in a live classroom setting, all from the comfort of your home.
If my child is not in grades 2-6, can they still enroll?
Our curriculum is common core aligned for students in grades 2-6, but if you feel your student can still benefit from our program we’re happy to discuss your individual needs further! Shoot us an email at info@wondermath.com.
What are gems?
Gems are the Wonder Math currency. Students can earn gems through the math games in each session and by leveling up. Leveling up occurs once students have accumulated enough points through math games, gained mission ranks, achievements and efforts. Students will continue to collect gems until they have enough to redeem them for their desired prize in the Rewards Store.
Who are the Wonder Math Teachers?
We only hire 1% of teacher applicants. That’s because they have your child’s education in their hands—and nothing is more important. Our teachers are full-time educators who are inspired, passionate, caring, and experienced. This isn’t just a job for them—it’s their career. They will go the extra mile to make sure your child is having fun in each session, and are 100% committed to their academic and personal development. Because they teach full-time, our instructors are constantly improving and gaining more experience. Our teachers have thousands of hours of experience, and still recognize that they can always get better.
How are the Wonder Math teachers trained?
We don’t just have a 2-week training period, we continue to develop and train our teachers throughout their career. Our biggest focus as a company is offering the highest level of instruction so that your child receives the best education experience. We ensure instructional excellence by holding weekly teacher meetings with session reviews, documenting and sharing best practices, and ensuring every teacher has an instructional manager and team for coaching feedback.
